Outlook Property Services are an established brand with multiple offices stretching across East and North London. Competition in the patch is as fierce as it could possibly be with super heavyweights such as Foxtons, Knight Frank and Savills all operating in and around their area.

It is not just pressure from these corporates that squeeze Outlook though - some of the independents operating in the local area are equally as aggressive in their marketing.

When Outlook first came to Iceberg Digital their main goals were two fold. They wanted a more structured and efficient marketing strategy, as opposed to their previous more random approach and wanted to try to capture more of the sales market in their respective areas.

We implemented various tools for Outlook that would address the strategy issue and in turn grow their market share. We helped Outlook to get their entire content marketing loop off the ground, in both online and printed formats and have created structure for local marketing in individual branches.
