Zoom Integration – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Zoom integration feature provided within the Lifesycle CRM platform by Iceberg Digital Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your Zoom account and using the Zoom integration, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies referenced here.
2. Purpose of the Integration
The integration allows access to approved Zoom data for the purpose of supporting CRM workflows, including activity tracking, call/meeting summaries, and communication records.
- Connecting Zoom account access
- Displaying call and meeting information in the CRM
- Generating call and meeting insights
- Supporting internal review and reporting
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using the integration only for lawful business purposes
- Keeping your Zoom credentials secure
- Ensuring your organization has legal basis for using personal data
- Complying with Zoom and local data protection laws
4. Permissions and Access
Access is granted according to the permissions you approve in Zoom. You can manage, change, or revoke these permissions in your Zoom account at any time.
5. AI and Automated Processing
Where AI features are enabled, the service may process meeting and call data to produce transcripts, summaries, or analytics. AI outputs are provided for support purposes and are not a substitute for legal, medical, or compliance decisions.
6. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the integration or any part of it at any time to improve performance, security, or compatibility with Zoom platform updates.
7. Restrictions
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Use the integration for harassment or unlawful processing
- Reverse engineer or interfere with normal operation
- Impersonate another organization or user
8. Data and Privacy
Data access and processing are described in the Zoom Integration Privacy Policy. The privacy policy is part of these Terms for the purpose of clarifying security, retention, and sharing practices.
9. Third Party Services
The integration depends on third party services including Zoom and connected infrastructure providers. Their availability and terms may affect functionality.
10. Liability Limits
The integration is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Iceberg Digital does not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the integration.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
