Overview

Iceberg Digital is seeking a creative and experienced Full Time UI Designer to join our team. As a designer focusing on both web and mobile platforms, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our products.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of experience inUI design, with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in UI design programs such as Figma, Sketch, XD, and design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Hotjar and Zeplin, staying updated with industry trends.
• Constructive, creative, innovative, and adaptable thinking
• Proficient in web, mobile, and desktop application design principles, including creating personas and user journey maps
• Capable of identifying and resolving UX issues and making bold design decisions to reinvent workflows.
• Designing functional, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing features and experiences while meeting company needs.
• Rapidly creating and iterating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and cater to various products.
• Demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation while collaborating effectively and communicating well within teams.

You'll Excel in This Role If You Have:

• Experience in mobile application and web design, along with a strong online design portfolio showcasing UI skills.
• Awareness of User Centered Design, Responsive Design, and Mobile First principles.
• A passion for interaction design with a focus on conversion optimization and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding and application of user-centered design principles with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
