Connect your Zoom account

Go to Settings → Zoom Settings and click Add Zoom Account. You'll be taken to Zoom to authorise the connection — it takes about 30 seconds.

Once connected, your account appears in the list and Lifesycle begins syncing your Zoom users automatically.

💡You can connect multiple Zoom accounts if your company uses more than one.

Your team is matched automatically

Lifesycle compares Zoom user emails with your Lifesycle users and matches them automatically. No manual work needed in most cases.

If a match doesn't look right — or if someone uses a different email in Zoom — you can reassign any Zoom user to the correct Lifesycle user using the dropdown on the detail page.

UZAIR summaries on the contact timeline

When one of your matched Zoom users makes a call to a contact, Lifesycle automatically retrieves the call recording transcript and generates an UZAIR-powered summary.

The summary is posted directly to that contact's timeline — so anyone on your team can instantly see what was discussed, no need to listen to the full recording.

Review call logs & missed calls

All Zoom call activity is accessible from Marketing & Autopilot → Zoom Calls. This page gives your team a full history of every call synced through the integration.

You can filter by date to find specific calls, view UZAIR-generated summaries for completed calls, and see missed calls at a glance — without needing to leave Lifesycle.

📋Transcripts and summaries are stored in Lifesycle and remain accessible here even after the Zoom recording expires.

Removing the integration

There are two ways to disconnect Lifesycle from your Zoom account depending on what you need:

Option 1 — Disconnect from Lifesycle Settings
Go to Settings → Zoom Settings and click the Delete button next to your Zoom account. This immediately revokes Lifesycle's access and clears all stored OAuth credentials. No new calls will be synced after disconnection.

Option 2 — Remove from Zoom Marketplace
Log in to marketplace.zoom.us, go to Manage → Added Apps, find Lifesycle and click Remove. This revokes all permissions at the Zoom level. We recommend also disconnecting from Lifesycle Settings (Option 1) to fully unlink your account.

⚠️What happens to your data after removal:
Kept: Zoom call logs, transcripts, and UZAIR summaries remain in Lifesycle and are still visible on contact timelines and the Zoom Calls page.
Lost: Zoom recording playback links will no longer work — recordings are streamed directly from Zoom and require an active connection.
Contact our support team if you need your stored data removed.
