Michael Poole Estate Agents was formed in 1994 and now operates from 9 branches across Teesside, selling 200 properties every month. Sworn in as a Justice of the Peace for Cleveland Commission Area in 1998, currently Bench Chairman for Cleveland Magistrates Court and appointed as Vice Lord-Lieutenant of County Durham in 2021. In this episode we talk about how he grew the business, how to learn to delegate and how after all this time he is reinventing the way the business works again.
