Lifesycle has always given users the ability to send both Email and SMS campaigns out to audiences but now we have created an Email and SMS campaign monitoring page that allows you to see the results of a specific campaign.
Lifesycle has always given users the ability to send both Email and SMS campaigns out to audiences but now we have created an Email and SMS campaign monitoring page that allows you to see the results of a specific campaign.
This new feature will give users the ability to drill down on any Bulk Email or Bulk SMS that they have sent out through the system in order to see open rates, click rates and of course which contacts specifically opened or clicked. Allowing them to see which campaigns are most successful.
