Actually when you break down what we do, the results might surprise you, as technically we are mostly marketing companies BUT our software and day to day tasks are all based around admin!

If we start at the beginning of the process, an agent needs to do marketing in order to convince people to let them help in selling or letting their properties.

And only once the deal has been tied up is there then the administrational work or moving through sales progression or the rental checks.
