At Iceberg Digital we have Elite Performance Coaches, that are ex agents, who are proficient at taking an agency through the process of digital transformation themselves. Because we understand that navigating the change around digital transformation that is very much under way in our industry is a struggle they run short weekly sessions open for ANYONE to learn small nuggets of information on exactly how some of the most innovative agents are currently working.
