Working smart: What is the difference between an enquiry and a lead?
Every day you receive many email enquiries from the portals, but you don’t know whether this enquiry can do business with you until you qualify them and turn them into an actual lead. But how can you just get straight to the leads without needing to kiss the frogs first?

We know that not wasting your time during your working day is vital, to enable you to have meaningful conversions with people who are wanting to do business with you. The better the conversions with your leads, the more connected with you they become and will more likely become a customer. An estate agency poll found that only 60% of enquiries coming into estate agency branches converted into leads. This highlighted that a large amount of time is wasted in the conversion process which could be spent on delivering your customer experience.
