How will setup work?
When you make the decision to use Lifesycle, we welcome you unlike any other software in the industry. Our LAUNCH Programme will take you through a detailed 4 week setup process where you will add in your historical data, setup all the bits and bobs needed and complete a comprehensive online training program designed to keep you and your team engaged. We will meet weekly to check your progress and guide you through new ‘homework’.
How does training work?
By the end of Lifesycle’s LAUNCH Programme, that you'll go through in setup, you and your team are using Lifesycle daily and you are ready to start the Velocity Programme - a custom live training programme designed for your team with weekly calls with you to check on your team’s progress.
How soon can you get us live?
How soon do you want to go live?! Launch can be completed in as little as 2 weeks (in fact the record is just a few days!) but typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on your level of commitment to getting the work done. Maybe you will set a new record!
How does ongoing support work?
We are fanatical about support for our agents. Many companies tell us that getting support from their previous software supplier was painful but we work very hard to make sure you never experience that pain with any of the Iceberg Digital products. In fact in the last 12 months our support team have dealt with over 7000 client interactions and maintained a satisfaction rating of over 98%! Support is open Monday-Friday 9:30am-530pm and Saturday 9:30am to 2:30pm. We are available by phone, through the Help button inside of Lifesycle and through email.
Will Lifesycle continue to evolve?
One of the things that our agents tell us about Lifesycle and working with Iceberg Digital that they love, is the fact we just continue to push the boundaries of what is possible with technology for them. Most clients tell us that they have come from a software that had not really changed much for many years and so it is like a breath of fresh air to them that we continually update all aspects of Lifesycle, from improving existing features to releasing brand new ones. Last year alone we released 46 new updates to the platform and will continue to do so in order to make sure our agents have a technology partner that keeps them at the forefront of innovation.
